How will you make an impact?
• Lead the overall management of the Front Office department: Ensure smooth daily operations and full compliance with hotel standards.
• Define and execute departmental strategy: Manage budgets, forecasting, cost control, and revenue optimization (upselling and cross-selling).
• Lead, motivate, and develop the team: Oversee Reception, Guest Experience, and Welcome Team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on service excellence.
• Elevate the guest experience: Supervise all guest touchpoints to ensure a seamless, personalized, and memorable stay.
• Handle challenges and decision-making: Act with autonomy, professionalism, and a strong guest-focused mindset in complex situations.
• Collaborate across departments: Strengthen interdepartmental communication to enhance operational flow and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor performance and KPIs: Set objectives, track results, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
Are you the person we are looking for?
• Proven experience in Front Office: Minimum of 5 years in luxury hotels or high-end resorts, including experience as Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager.
• Strong leadership skills: Ability to inspire teams, make strategic decisions, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Results-driven mindset: Experience managing budgets, revenue, and achieving departmental targets.
• Proficiency in hotel systems and languages: Strong knowledge of PMS Opera Cloud, advanced English, and fluent Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
