Position Overview:
Directs and coordinates commercial sales and marketing activities of Shuttleworth Europe to obtain optimum revenue growth and efficiency by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Job Description:
1. Participates and communicates as a member of the senior management team in all aspects of Shuttleworth LLC including the development and implementation of corporate strategy.Attends Annual ProMach Sales Leader Meeting
2. Directs and coordinates promotion of products manufactured, or services performed to develop new markets, increase share of market, and obtain competitive position in industry.
3. Partners with Director of Operations to align forecasts and future pipeline opportunities.
4. Confers with administrative personnel and reviews activity, operating and sales reports to determine changes in programs or operations required.

7. Directly supervises 3 to 4 Regional Sales & Application Managers as well as the Aftermarket department and takes responsibility for the integrity of these departments.
8. Manages the overall Parts Program in conjunction with the Service Manager to ensure customer satisfaction through customer machinery/equipment parts support. Achieve established performance objectives within the designated timeframe.
9. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the commercial team and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policy and applicable laws.
10. Interview, hire and train employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
