As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring the proper functioning of mechanical installations within your area of responsibility.
* Diagnosing technical issues and proposing sustainable solutions.
* Prioritizing maintenance interventions based on operational needs.
* Developing and adjusting preventive and curative maintenance plans.
* Supervising the logistical management of critical spare parts essential for optimal operations.
* Managing external contractors to ensure the quality of completed work.
* Contributing to technical documentation and sharing best practices within the team.
About you:
* Master degree in engineering or equivalent expertise acquired through experience.
* At least 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance management.
* In-depth knowledge of industrial mechanics, complemented by proficiency in hydraulics or electromechanics.
* Familiarity with continuous industrial processes or connected technologies is a plus.
* Experience with analytical tools such as FMEA or Ishikawa is an asset.
* Organized, adaptable, and equipped with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in French and English.
