They now seek an Assistant Marketing Manager who brings strong brand marketing capabilities, luxury retail experience, and hands‑on leadership to drive refined, high‑quality marketing initiatives.
Job Description
As the Assistant Marketing Manager, you will oversee integrated marketing programs, combining trade and retail activation, digital engagement, and premium event marketing. Key responsibilities include:
Trade Marketing & Retail Activation
Oversee visual merchandising across shops, ensuring consistent luxury presentation, festive themes, and seasonal rollouts.
Plan and execute in‑store events such as tastings, themed activations, and customer engagement programs.
Create and manage POSM, branded gifting, and promotional collaterals.
Coordinate photography and video shoots for product and marketing purposes.
Develop and implement the annual trade marketing plan aligned with brand strategy.
Event Marketing & Brand Partnerships
Lead signature brand events including gala dinners and VIP customer gatherings.
Collaborate with luxury brand partners to execute high‑end joint activations.
Coordinate KOL and influencer shoots and manage relevant content.
Support regional marketing projects and consolidate marketing activity reporting.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
Develop and manage daily content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WeChat, Little Red Book).
Track performance metrics and generate insights to strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
Manage updates and enhancements of the corporate website.
Lead annual digital and social media planning, including KOL partnerships.
Team Leadership & Operations
Lead and mentor Marketing Executives to ensure high‑quality execution.
Oversee marketing administrative tasks including membership communications, EDMs, RSVPs, and reporting.
Manage marketing inventory and promotional materials.
Prepare campaign summaries and performance reports for management.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related disciplines.
5-7 years of marketing experience, ideally from luxury retail, premium lifestyle, wine & spirits, jewellery, or watches.
Strong expertise in brand marketing, product marketing, visual merchandising, and retail activation.
Proven capability leading projects and mentoring junior team members.
Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media content development, and analytics.
Creative, detail‑oriented, and refined taste aligned with luxury brand standards.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and multi‑tasking skills.
