Your Main Responsibilities:
1. Project / Cost controlling and monitoring including profitability calculations as well as ensuring the billing and margin recognition of all projects in due time
2. Play an active role in the improvement of the financial and business reporting processes
3. Participate in the yearly budgeting process and the monthly follow-up of actuals
4. Understand, challenge and communicate the monthly results with the stakeholders & management
5. Follow-up KPI’s production / Business Partnering
6. Support the preparation of the annual financial accounts & audit process
7. Assist the head of controlling in the preparation of monthly performance reports for the ExCom
8. Analyze investment requests and advise on CAPEX/OPEX approvals
9. Advise the Business on key operational issues and make recommendations to optimize business performances
Your Profile :
10. Master’s degree in finance or economics
11. At least 5 years of relevant experience in industrial controlling
12. Strong financial skills (general accounting principles in BEGAAP, cost accounting, financial analysis…)
13. Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (macros, dynamic tables) and PowerPoint
14. Ideally, the knowledge of reporting tools, such as Power BI
15. The knowledge of SAP is a plus
16. Knowledge in French, and English. (Dutch is a plus)
17. Flexible, open-minded and able to work in a team as well as independently
18. Analytical and curious mind
19. Team player, assertive, strong in communication, proactive and stress-resistant #LI-EF1
