PstrongRobert Half /strong strongTalent Solutions /strong is currently looking for a strongHR Advisor (m/f/x) /strongfor a permanent position based in strongLiège /strong. /pbr /pOur client is a fast growing company active in the strongmaintenance sector /strong. /pbr /pAs strongHR Advisor (m/f/x) /strongyou will be strongresponsible /strong for: /pulliBe the local HR person to support the Management and the employees for any HR-related question. /liliLiaise with HR Manager and HR Director daily to report any issue and ensure proper follow-up of HR activities. /liliProvide overall administrative support to HR Director and HR Manager. /liliEnsures that all HR policies and processes are clearly described and kept up to date, on the different internal channels. /liliEnsure relevant meetings are prepared and followed up. /liliBe involved in or autonomously run certain projects. /liliActively support and contribute to the organization#39;s diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI) and environmental, social, governance (ESG) initiatives in order to foster an equitable workplace culture and advance the company#39;s broader social responsibility objectives. /liliNew entries and leavers follow up. /liliSupport in the follow up of social documentation and folders such as: Mutuelle / family events / "Social Funds" / group and health insurances / meal vouchers / medical certificates… /liliUpdate on a daily basis the data base for the salary "eBlox" and the HR software regarding the information received. /liliProvide with documents related to CB to insert in onboarding files. /liliBe in charge of keeping up to date the personnel files (hard soft copies). /liliTreat daily correspondence and dispatch correctly in order to guarantee an efficient communication within HR department and allow timely actions. /liliFile and archive regularly documents in order to ensure proper and secured storage allowing quick retrieving of data. /liliAny other organizational and administrative duties to aim to the achievement of the department objectives within individual competencies. /liliKeep track of HR KPI#39;s for reporting to management, works council and external bodies. /liliEnsure effective and efficient storing of vital and confidential information. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations. /liliSupport creation of presentations for company communication channels. /liliAt anytime and anywhere, to perform the activities and display the behaviors that are designed to deliver a distinctive Customer Experience. /liliTo comply with local, national legislation, Health Safety and Environment regulations in order to maintain a safe working environment for self and all the depot employees. /liliTo comply with the company#39;s corporate social responsibility, health, safety and environmental standards and responsibilities as identified. /liliTo participate in the corporate initiatives. /liliTo respect the HS procedures instructions. /liliTo act work safely. /liliTo maintain a clean office with due regard to Health Safety matters like ergonomy. /liliTo make use of the PPE (personal protective equipment) provided by the company. /liliTo report possible risks to the hierarchy. /li /ulbr /pThe required strongprofile /strong for the strongHR Advisor (m/f/x) /strongposition: /pulliBachelor#39;s degree (preferably in human resources, social sciences or law) or equivalent experience. /liliYou have a clean certificate of good conduct. /liliExperience with HR departments is an asset or equivalent through education. /liliGood knowledge of social legislation. /liliVery good communication skills. /liliVery good knowledge of French/Dutch/English oral and written (mandatory) - at ease in composing business letters and reports. /liliAny other language skill would be an asset. /liliExtreme customer focus and respect for confidentiality. /liliTo display a positive, open and cooperative behavior in order to facilitate a good relationship inside and outside the department, avoid and help to solve conflicts. /liliTo be rigorous, precise, well organized, solution-orientated, proactive, etc. /liliAble to prioritize tasks and work autonomously. /liliOrganization skills and pro-activity. /liliDistinguishes him/herself by being exceptionally responsive to customer queries. /liliCommunicate clearly and adapt vocabulary to the person you are dealing with. /liliReliability, engagement and high confidential behaviour are essential. /li /ulbr /pInterested in this position ofstrong HR Advisor (m/f/x) /strong at a young and dynamic company?
