Job Summary
As Marketing Manager EMEA for the Surgical Solutions portfolio, you hold full end-to-end responsibility for the surgical solutions portfolio within the Cardiovascular business. The role is pivotal in ensuring business continuity, sustaining strong growth momentum and further developing the portfolio across EMEA markets.
Reporting to the EMEA Marketing Director Cardiovascular, you combine strategic marketing leadership with hands-on execution. The focus lies on portfolio ownership, lifecycle management, commercial performance and close collaboration with country sales teams, the commercial excellence team and clinical team.
With full EMEA scope and particular exposure to Europe and the Middle East, the role offers high visibility and direct impact on a profitable and fast-moving business.
Job Responsibilities
Portfolio & Growth Ownership
1. Full responsibility for the Surgical Solutions product portfolio across EMEA, including Endoscopic Vessel Harvesting (EVH), surgical stabilization devices and selected niche product lines.
2. Sustaining and accelerating double-digit year-over-year growth while safeguarding profitability and market position.
3. Acting as the commercial owner for pricing, selling price strategy, revenue development and margin performance.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
4. Defining and executing the EMEA marketing strategy for the portfolio in line with Cardiovascular business objectives.
5. Translating strategy into clear, actionable go-to-market plans for local organizations, with a strong focus on execution excellence.
6. Managing product lifecycle activities, including forecasting, budgeting input and long-range planning.
Market & Opportunity Development
7. Continuously monitoring market trends, customer needs and competitive dynamics across EMEA.
8. Identifying growth opportunities, new applications and potential portfolio expansions, including partnerships, distribution models or acquisitions.
9. Supporting the development of new clinical applications, such as expansion of EVH into vascular or peripheral use cases.
Cross-Functional & Country Collaboration
10. Working closely with Sales, Clinical Support, Marketing Communications and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive consistent execution.
11. Acting as a product and market expert for country teams, supporting commercial effectiveness and customer engagement.
12. Engaging directly with customers and clinicians, including occasional presence in clinical or operating room environments.
People & Team Contribution
13. Potential responsibility for a small team setup, with limited people management depending on future organizational needs.
14. Contributing actively to a collaborative, pragmatic and high-performing team culture.

15. Experience with portfolio ownership, lifecycle management and commercial accountability is highly valued.
16. Exposure to clinical environments, operating rooms or hospital settings is considered a strong advantage.
