Responsibilities
Job Description
* Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
* Manage and support warehouse staff, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
* Monitor inventory levels and accuracy, conducting regular cycle counts and stock audits
* Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve productivity and reduce errors
* Collaborate with other departments (logistics, procurement, customer service) to ensure seamless operations
* Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and other software tools to track performance and operations
The Successful Applicant
Ideal Profile
* Experience in warehouse supervision or logistics
* Good command of French, English, and Dutch
* Strong leadership and organizational skills
* Knowledge of WMS and inventory management
* Able to work under pressure and multitask
* Good communication with multicultural teams
* Proactive and solution-oriented attitude
