Headquartered in Turnhout, this organization combines a strong global backbone with an entrepreneurial, sales-driven culture. With ambitious growth targets ahead, it is strengthening its Directors Team to accelerate performance, productivity and sustainable results.
To further professionalize and future-proof the organization, we are looking for a mature and business-driven HR Director who will shape and execute a high-impact HR agenda aligned with strategic growth objectives.
The Role: HR Director BeLux
As HR Director, you are responsible for developing and executing a business-driven HR strategy that directly supports business objectives, margin improvement and operational excellence.
You act as a strategic HR partner and full member of the Executive Committee, translating business strategy into clear structures, governance and measurable HR outcomes. You shape culture, leadership and organizational effectiveness by embedding ownership, accountability and performance across the business.
Reporting to the CEO, you play a key role in strengthening leadership capability, supporting transformation and ensuring that people strategy becomes a true lever for sustainable results.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic HR Leadership: develop and implement an integrated HR framework that supports growth, productivity and cost control. Translate organizational priorities into concrete initiatives and structured governance.
* Organization & Leadership: strengthen leadership capability across the business and ensure clear roles, responsibilities and decision-making principles. Foster a culture where ownership is embedded and performance expectations are transparent.
* Transformation & Change: lead company-wide transformation initiatives and align people, processes and structure with the organization’s evolving ambitions.
* HR Structure & Team Development: develop the HR team and further professionalize systems, reporting and ways of working.
* Stakeholder Management: build strong relationships with executives, managers, social partners and international stakeholders. Challenge constructively and position HR as a strategic partner at board level.

* You understand how KPIs, margins, productivity and salary cost structures interact and make decisions with value creation in mind.
* You combine analytical sharpness with pragmatism and decisiveness. You move comfortably between strategic thinking and hands-on execution and thrive in a commercial, performance-driven environment.
