Your mandate
* As CFO, you will not only ensure continuity, but also drive evolution.
* You will play a central role in:
* strengthening financial governance and compliance
* enhancing performance steering and cost control
* accelerating digitalisation and process optimisation
* supporting strategic decision-making at CEO and Board level
You act as a key interface between Touring and its shareholder, ensuring high-quality reporting, transparency and alignment.
The leadership challenge
You will operate in a multi-layered stakeholder environment, including:
* Board of Directors & Audit Committee
* Finance & administration team (31 FTE's)
* Works Council
* Internal Senior leadership teams
The role requires balancing:

Your profile
* Senior finance leader (CFO / Finance Director) with experience in (technical) service driven organisations
* Strong track record in governance, reporting and stakeholder management
* Proven ability to lead transformation and optimise finance functions
* Comfortable operating in a structured and regulated environment
* Strong interpersonal impact and ability to influence at executive level
