Job Description Your Mission You will be the driving force behind our regional marketing activities, moving from high-level strategy to "boots on the ground" execution. You will own the marketing plan, manage internal and external stakeholders, and ensure a premium Devoteam experience across all customer touchpoints. Your role is a hybrid of strategic leadership and tactical delivery, with a time repartition of: 40%: Team leadership, coaching, and acting as the SPOC for the Benelux marketing team. 60%: "Doing" the marketing job - both feet in the mud. Executing campaigns, managing events, and driving results. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Coaching (40%): Lead, support, and further develop a 4-person Benelux marketing team spread across the region. You will act as the central SPOC for the team, providing guidance and mentorship. Marketing Execution (60%): Strategy & Planning: Build, own, and drive the yearly marketing plan for the region, ensuring it aligns with global campaigns and local business goals. Event Management: Design and execute creative customer events, including executive roundtables, seminars, and major partner forums. Corporate Branding: Develop a sustainable brand presence and enhance our impact through social media, employee advocacy, and continuous website content management. Campaign Management: Develop and implement B2B marketing campaigns—including ABM plans for key clients and lead nurturing—to accelerate sales growth. Partner Collaboration: Act as the primary link to partners, amplifying our expertise through joint activities and sponsorships. Content & Collateral: Craft compelling success stories and marketing collateral in collaboration with internal competence centers and external agencies. Reporting: Own your budget and be accountable for maximizing ROI through clear data and reporting.
