Business Development Coordinator
Sales and Business Support Role
The Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Coordinator. As a key member of our Sales Enquiry Team, you will provide support for the commercial activities of our Toyota Business, assisting the Toyota Sales Manager responsible for Toyota Motor Europe (TME) business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide SEWS-E product quotations and support the sales activities of the Toyota Business.
* Assist the Toyota Sales Manager in responding to customer requests for quotations and design changes from initial enquiry through to submission of prices using procedures within the Sales Enquiry Team (SES).
* Raise, monitor, and maintain customer enquiry records for all enquiries.
* Understand the cost effect of design changes in sufficient detail to justify them to customers.
* Maintain price tracking documents on a monthly basis, including agreed price change adoption timing, design level, and copper level.
* Send confirmed order prices, notifications of price changes, and notifications of any commercial terms to the finance department as required.
Requirements:
* Fluent English speaker.
* Ability to communicate effectively via email, telephone, etc.
* High degree of flexibility and multitasking.
* Basic communication in Japanese desirable.
* Advanced working knowledge of MS Office.
Special Conditions:
* Degree of flexibility to travel to support meetings/reviews at customer sites.
* To satisfy customer confidentiality requirements, ensuring conformance with company compliance guidelines and rules at all times.
