: We are looking for a Senior Conversational (AI) Designer - Dutch Speaker
The Conversational Design team creates the dialogues of the Digital Assistant (chat and voicebot), improves customer user experience and responds to the digital needs of today's customer.
As Conversational (AI) Designer (language: Dutch), you will be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for the implementation and delivery of conversational bots (chat+voice).
You will report to the Chapter Owner responsible for the designers working at Omnicare where customer journeys are key. Alternately, you will sit with designers from the chapter and with other content designers on Mondays. You will spend the other days of the week with your squad members.
• Have experience in AI driven conversational copywriting/prompting;
• Train your colleagues in this expertise (on the job, via workshops...) and bring them to next level;
• create conversations in Dutch and English, using your strong writing skills to craft clear, concise, and engaging dialogues that reflect our tone of voice
• Are responsible for creating and optimising dialogues in Voiceflow;
• Implement dialogues in our conversation management platform Google Dialogflow CX;
• Train our bots to better understand what end-users say (in collaboration with AI specialists);
• Monitor and analyse conversation logs;
Required competences:
• Conversational AI copywriting
• Excellent written/editorial and verbal skills in Dutch & English, French is a plus - a solid grasp of grammar, syntax, semantics, and how people use language is crucial
• Proven experience with configuring/setting up interactions in conversational bots (chat+voice)
• Demonstrable experience with digital communication (chat, messaging, social media...) in a professional context
• Experience with voice messaging is a plus (design for voice IVR, Alexa, Google Assistant...)
• Familiar with natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and AI technologies is important.
