Las Ruinas Bathhouse & Gym – Old San Juan
Las Ruinas is a luxury bathhouse and gym rooted in restoration, ritual, and elevated service. We are currently looking for licensed Massage Therapists to join our growing wellness team as we prepare for our official opening.
This role is perfect for someone who values professionalism, calm energy, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality massage services (deep-tissue, neck/shoulder, feet/leg)
Conduct brief client consultations to understand needs and preferences
Maintain a clean, calm, and professional treatment space at all times
Uphold Las Ruinas service standards and brand values
Communicate clearly with management regarding schedules, availability, and client needs
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols
Requirements
Valid Massage Therapy license in Puerto Rico
Professional training and hands-on experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to create a safe, welcoming, and relaxing environment
Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a luxury wellness setting
