Account Manager – Molecular Diagnostics - Core Lab

The company is recognised for its innovation and market leadership across Core Lab and Molecular Diagnostic platforms, offering integrated and high-performance solutions for both clinical and industrial laboratories.
Looking to appoint a Key Account Manager to drive strategic growth across the Belux region. You will take ownership of developing the Molecular Diagnostics portfolio, with a strong focus on PCR-based testing and related technologies, delivering value across laboratories and hospital settings.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute territory-specific strategies to grow the company's portfolio, particularly within Core Lab environments.
* Drive business development by identifying and converting new leads in clinical laboratories and hospital networks.
* Strengthen client relationships by offering tailored diagnostic solutions using PCR & Lab Systems
* Collaborate with internal teams including Product Management to ensure successful assay implementation and customer onboarding
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Molecular Diagnostics, Life Sciences, or a related field.
* Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or other Life Science/Medical fields.
* Proven success in B2B sales within hospital or laboratory environments.
* Demonstrated expertise with PCR technologies, molecular instruments, and laboratory automation.
* French speaker with professional fluency in Dutch; English is a plus.
* Experience working with Autoimmunity or Core Lab solutions is highly valued.
