Our client, a leading organization in the insurance sector, is looking for a Business Analyst to drive the implementation of a new platform within their non-life division. The role involves translating business needs into technical requirements while fostering collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
* Facilitate the initial setup of a new digital platform within a growing agile environment.
* Translate business requirements from the non-life insurance department into clear technical features for delivery.
* Act as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and external delivery partners to ensure alignment.
* Design and model end-to-end business processes using professional methodologies to shape the business architecture.
* Analyze complex process details to identify and resolve potential bottlenecks within the mobility system.
* You have 3+ years of experience as an analyst within the Non-Life insurance domain, specifically focused on Mobility.
* You possess 3+ years of professional experience in Business Analysis and Functional Analysis.
* You're proficient in BPMN for process modeling and have experience using Adonis.
* You have a practical understanding of Agile methodologies and ways of working.
* You bring an analytical, accurate, and problem-solving mindset to the project.
* You're communicative and capable of engaging with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders on a structured level.
* You are fluent in Dutch and English with basic knowledge of French.
Nice to Haves
* Experience with the implementation of a DXC Non-Life platform or GraphTalk.
* Willingness to obtain BPMN or SAFe certifications.
* Start date: ASAP
* Duration: 12 months
