Mission :
The Program & Project management Team is part of the Roadmap, Delivery & CX department, working for the Chief Transformation & Customer Experience.
The missions are:
1. To provide program management capabilities to deliver strategic programs
2. To manage the delivery of Critical/Complex/Transversal projects
As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution and delivery of complex programs.
Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire program lifecycle.
Tasks & responsibilities :
3. Ensure the day to day program management throughout the program life cycle.
4. Define and manage program governance.
5. Plan the overall program and monitor progress. Progress Report
6. Control the program budget.
7. Coordinate projects, activities and their interdependencies.
8. Manage and utilize resources across all projects.
9. Manage the program team.
10. Implement and manage changes to ensure program objectives.
11. Manage risks and issues and take corrective action.
12. Communicate with stakeholders
Profile :
13. Strong, proven experience managing large and complex programs.
14. Good understanding of the broader program objectives.
15. Good knowledge of program management methodology and techniques.
16. Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures.
17. Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
18. Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
19. Ability to work positively with a wide range of people
20. Excellent communication skills.
21. Excellent problem-solving skills.
