Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Wetteren for a Projectleider Elektriciteit (gebouwen). The role involves managing and coordinating electrical projects in buildings, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with specified quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising teams, overseeing project progress, managing resources, and communicating effectively with clients, contractors, and internal staff. Additionally, the role may require identifying and solving technical issues, ensuring safety standards are met, and reporting project outcomes to stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in project management for electrical installations, including planning, coordination, and resource allocation
* Technical expertise in electrical systems design, installation, and maintenance
* Leadership and team management skills to guide and support project teams
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for effective collaboration
* Knowledge of safety regulations and adherence to compliance standards in building projects
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage challenging situations
* Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
* Experience in managing electrical projects in a building context is considered a strong advantage
