Achieve cost savings through driving productivity and improvement initiatives (safety, quality, waste, operational excellence, etc.).
Support plant by interfacing with plant QEHS, Maintenance and supply chain department
Ensure process and quality systems integrity.
Perform activities that involve issuing reports, maintaining and interpreting product, process and material specifications related to maintain & improving the product quality within the manufacturing process, and implementation of process improvements.
Execute activities involving continuous improvement tools, analysis of process irregularities, recommending solutions & facilitating cost down initiatives related to improving service cost.
These duties would include training and instruction of appropriate team members and day-to-day floor support and development of standard work practices.
Research, analyze, identify, and correct unacceptable performance through analysis and technical knowledge of the product/process including waste and cost reduction.
To join our team, you will need: 3 + years' experience in manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.
~ A solid understanding of product quality and waste reduction and experience in understanding product integrity.
Must be factual to perform root cause analysis and implements required actions.
Must be analytical & able to organize data & communicate to all levels of organization.
French & English language is a must.
