Step into a pivotal role within an international support center where every customer call is an opportunity to make a difference. As a multilingual support advisor, you’ll be the essential link between drivers in need and the help they require, using your communication skills and empathy to get vehicles back on the road fast.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers across Europe experiencing vehicle issues while on the road.
- Coordinate repair services by liaising with dealers and local service providers, taking full ownership from start to finish.
- Keep customers informed throughout the process, ensuring clarity and reassurance during stressful moments.
- Apply a creative, hands-on approach when standard solutions aren’t enough — flexibility and innovation are key.
- Work closely with your international colleagues, embracing collaboration in a multilingual, multicultural setting.
- Participate in a rotating shift system to deliver consistent support 24/7 across multiple European locations.
Vereisten
- You are fluent in English, Swedish or Finnish, and have a good command of another Scandinavian language (Danish or Norwegian).
- You have a strong service mindset and a passion for helping others, especially in urgent situations.
- Your communication style is clear, confident, and adaptable to different cultural contexts.
- You are a team player who values cooperation and mutual support.
- You bring initiative, creativity, and structure to your problem-solving approach.
- You are comfortable working flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- You are eager to learn and open to developing your skills continuously.
