Our mission is to improve quality of life by offering products that are accessible, effective, and trustworthy.Our Belgian office consists of 25 employees working across sales, education, marketing, warehouse and administration. It’s a multifaceted and growing environment with ambitious plans to expand our presence in the Belgian market. The office is led by our Country Manager, who reports directly to the HQ in Denmark. Job description As our new Office Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Country Manager and be a central figure in keeping the daily operations running smoothly and ensuring a great working atmosphere.Some of the tasks will be:Oversee office and warehouse coordination and assist with staff-related tasks such as on-boarding.Monitor invoicing, bookkeeping, VAT, and financial reportingEnsure compliance with financial and company policiesCoordinate customer supportWorkplace and further information: This is a full-time, on-site position based at our office in Zaventem (Pharma Nord BV, Minervastraat 14, 1930).
