Project Development Expert
Job Description:
In this pivotal role, your primary responsibilities will encompass:
* Designing and optimizing processes, equipment, and projects to enhance efficiency.
* Managing and completing projects within allocated budgets.
* Conducting feasibility studies for investments in new technologies and processes.
* Collaborating with the quality team to develop and implement validation protocols.
* Providing technical training to production, engineering, and quality staff members.
* Handling quotations, orders, and invoice approvals in the ERP system.
* Working alongside engineers, project coordinators, and managers to provide calculation support and propose alternative solutions.
* Optimizing packaging lines to boost efficiency and performance.
* Developing and monitoring operational parameters to meet established standards.
* Analyzing issues and implementing improvement actions in conjunction with the engineering team.
* Documenting processes with detailed descriptions and instructions.
* Establishing communication with suppliers regarding new equipment, technical information, or interventions.
* Attending industry events and training sessions to expand technical knowledge.
* Supervising and monitoring contracted personnel.
* Overseeing project plans and budgets from inception to completion.
* Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
* Addressing quality deviations or safety issues promptly.
* Implementing quality systems for Change Requests and CAPAs, supporting the quality team in defining and executing actions.
* Maintaining adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality procedures.
* Fostering a positive work environment emphasizing quality, customer focus, flexibility, speed, decisiveness, and orderliness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this position, you will need:
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field, such as electromechanics, or equivalent experience.
* Knowledge of GMP guidelines, pharmaceutical regulations, and related areas.
* Experience with quality systems, procedures, and training.
* Excellent English language skills (written and spoken). Knowledge of Dutch, German, or French is advantageous.
* Report writing experience.
* Ability to think conceptually with solid technical knowledge and experience in project management.
* Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented approach.
* Excellent planning and organizational skills, with good cost awareness.
* Effective time management.
* Results-driven with attention to quality and strong quality awareness.
* Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
* A driven personality with a positive, constructive, and open-minded attitude.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively in a team.
