Technical Sales Manager

Your Role
You will be the technical and content expert in the commercial process—a link between clients and our solutions. You manage inquiries, support tenders and proposals, and ensure that every request translates into a clear, compelling offer. You collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to turn technical possibilities into concrete solutions.
Your Responsibilities
* Analyse client needs and translate them into technical and operational workflows.
* Prepare and support proposals, tenders, and RFPs—from simple price indications to full tender dossiers.
* Write workflow documentation, diagrams, technical descriptions, and solution outlines.
* Ensure clarity, quality, and consistency across all commercial documents.
* Advise clients on technical possibilities and best‑fit solutions.
Who Are We Looking For?
Not a traditional salesperson, not a pure technician, but someone with broad insight into live media workflows who can communicate technical information clearly and persuasively.
Ideal Match
* Proven experience in broadcast, media, AV, remote production, or technical live workflows.
* Familiar with preparing or supporting proposals, tenders, or technical documentation.
* Excellent at structuring, analysing, and translating complex technical information.
* Accurate, deadline‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong internal and client communication skills.
* Fluent Dutch and English; French is a plus.
* Enjoy variety—simple proposals one day, complex international projects the next.
