Senior Project Manager (NATO Contract)

A leading international organization is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver critical Communications and Information Systems (CIS) projects in support of NATO operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to high-impact programs in a dynamic, multinational environment.
Role Overview:
You will manage CIS projects or defined work packages throughout their lifecycle, ensuring delivery aligns with NATO policies, service requirements, and operational constraints. The role includes the development of key project documents (e.g., Statements of Work, Price Proposals), stakeholder coordination, and oversight of procurement and implementation activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage projects across design, transition, and implementation phases
* Produce clear, detailed technical and commercial documentation
* Coordinate procurement activities (e.g., RFQs, IFBs)
* Engage with NATO stakeholders, contractors, and technical teams
* Support large-scale projects or take on roles such as Implementation or Test Manager
* Travel to NATO locations as required, including potential operational deployments
Requirements:
* Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
* Minimum 3 years in CIS project management or team leadership
* Project management certification (PMP or PRINCE2)
* Strong stakeholder and documentation skills
* Fluent in English (STANAG 6001 Level 4343)
* Experience in NATO or defense environments highly desirable
* Familiarity with tools such as MS Project or ServiceNow
