It's more than a job As a National Contract Logistic Solution Engineer, you will support logistic solution projects from analyzing the challenges presented by our (internal and external) customers, over the development of solutions, through the full implementation of the agreed solutions. You will be part of our solid developing Solution Engineering Team. ? How you create impact Your main responsibilities will focus on solution engineering: Analyzing and investigating containerized logistics processes and end-to-end supply chains for existing and new customers, based on available data and your experience. (Re)designing logistics solutions and improvements across containerized logistics processes and full-option supply chains, including inbound and outbound flows, warehousing and distribution processes, semi-production activities, and warehouse layouts. Optimizing existing processes by acting as a logistics expert in continuous improvement projects led by operational teams. Using the Global Calculation Tool (GCT) and other supporting tools to develop logistics solutions and build business cases for multiple scenarios. Independently managing medium-sized projects from the tender phase through to implementation. What we would like you to bring Master's degree in Logistics or equivalent level gained through relevant professional experience. 2-5 years of experience in operations management and/or engineering roles. Strong interest in production or logistics engineering, with a natural curiosity for optimization and continuous improvement. Proven communication skills, including problem-solving, leading project meetings, and delivering clear, impactful presentations to internal and external stakeholders. Self-motivated, results-driven personality with a hands-on and proactive mindset. Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written); French is a strong asset. Advanced user of Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel; AutoCAD drawing skills are a plus. Willingness to travel across the BeNeLux region to support various projects and customers.
