The Position
As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a
Business Analyst
to join our teams and work on client projects located in
Belgium
.
As a
Business Analyst
, your main responsibilities will include:
* Identifying, defining, and documenting software requirements and business processes
* Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams
* Gathering and analyzing the needs of various stakeholders, both stated and implied
* Creating business documentation such as business cases, requirement summaries, and process diagrams
* Collaborating with development teams and product owners in Agile environments (Jira, Scrum)
* Supporting the definition and implementation of process improvements and system enhancements
* Facilitating communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment with goals
* Ensuring solutions are delivered in line with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards
Your Profile
* University degree in Business or equivalent
* 3+ years
of experience in business analysis or requirements engineering, ideally in the financial services sector (banking, insurance, investment)
* Proficiency in tools and methodologies such as
Jira
,
Agile/Scrum
, business process modeling, and documentation practices
* Languages:
Fluent English (B2+ level)
; Dutch and/or French is a plus
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
* Strong adaptability and learning mindset
* Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g.
CBAP
) and Agile methodologies are considered a strong asset
