🎯 About the role
We’re looking for a Data Analyst who’s passionate about turning complex data into clear, actionable insights. If you love understanding business challenges, building dashboards, and automating data processes to empower decision-making across teams—this might be your next role.
🛠️ Responsibilities
* 🔍 Deeply understand our business, products, and processes through data
* 📊 Create and maintain dashboards to track key metrics and visualize insights
* 📈 Generate reports and visualizations to communicate findings with clarity and impact
* 🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Design, and Marketing to support their data needs
* 🧰 Design scripts and tools to automate and streamline data extraction using Python, SQL, and APIs
✅ Requirements
* 🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics)
* 💼 At least 3 years of experience working as a Data Analyst
* 🧠 Strong experience (2+ years) with SQL, BigQuery, and Dataflow
* 🚀 Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
* 🌍 Fluency in English and Spanish
* 📊 Experience with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
* 🤖 Proven track record of integrating AI solutions into day-to-day data analysis workflows (e.g., automating reports, enhancing data pipelines, building smart dashboards).
* 📈 Hands-on experience (2+ years) with HubSpot and Amplitude (nice to have)
