Job Title: Senior Plant Support Technician –

The position involves hands-on technical work, coordination with supervisors, and a strong focus on health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards. As the Senior Plant Support Technician, you will assist in maintaining refractory systems, mechanical components, and contribute to plant safety, efficiency, and productivity.

You will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, adhering to the site's strict health & safety standards. You will also coordinate maintenance tasks, including preventive and corrective actions, and support the inspection, repair, and installation of refractory equipment.
Main Responsibilities
* Operate and maintain machinery, adhering to the site's strict health & safety standards.
* Coordinate maintenance tasks, including preventive and corrective actions.
* Support the inspection, repair, and installation of refractory equipment.
* Provide support during shutdowns, turnarounds, and emergency maintenance.
* Work closely with the plant management team to implement safety and operational improvements.
* Conduct regular safety checks and comply with all HSE protocols and reporting requirements.
Skill Requirements
* Plant Operations and Production knowledge and experience.
* Ideally, have Refractory experience.
* Must have Mechanical/Industrial Maintenance experience/knowledge.
* Must have strong knowledge of plant safety practices and procedures.
* Good IT skills.
* Customer service skills as you will be face-to-face with clients on site daily.
* Flexible to be hands-on, operating plant equipment.
* Willingness to travel to other sites and respond to callouts/overtime as needed – driving license required.
