Audit Senior
The Audit Senior is a vital member of the team, responsible for performing staff‑level audit duties and advancing into senior responsibilities across various industries. They plan, execute, and prepare audit engagements while leading client communication and training staff.
Responsibilities
* Perform audits, reviews, and compilations in a variety of industries including construction, healthcare, and manufacturing/distribution.
* Program and prepare financial statements, working closely with team members and partners.
* Manage client expectations and meet deliverable deadlines while providing high‑level support.
* Develop, motivate, and train staff‑level team members.
* Collaborate with supervisors, managers, and partners on team and client issues.
* Provide training and information to staff‑level team members.
* Assist in recognizing staff potential during the recruitment process.
* Maintain engagement documentation and ensure compliance with professional standards.
* Provide leadership and guidance to audit teams during engagements.
Education & Experience
* Bachelor’s in Accounting required.
* Minimum of 2‑5 years of public accounting experience.
* CPA certification preferred.
