Missions and Responsibilities:
* Carry out interventions according to the schedule, established procedures, and
* required deadlines.
* Close projects upon completion of the intervention (completion of service reports,
* meter readings, processing of references and spare parts).
* Commission machines and automated systems.
* Provide user training.
* Follow instructions given by management.
* Take proper care of the equipment entrusted.
* Maintain exemplary behavior at customer sites.
* Update the “Bible” (internal tracking tool).
* Perform the weekly update of the vehicle spare parts inventory.
* Report field observations (obsolescence, recurring issues, customer feedback,
* disputes).
* Prepare machines in accordance with the directives, either at the Nanterre site or
* the Bovis site.
* Comply with Group guidelines.
* Follow instructions given by management.
* And any other reasonable request made by the Line Manager, SLT or ELT.
It is specified that the above list of duties and responsibilities is not exhaustive and may evolve
according to the company’s needs.
Prerequisites / Qualifications:
* BEP, Vocational Baccalaureate, or Bac +2 in Electronics/Mechanical Systems, and/or
* relevant field experience.
* Electrical authorization: BR certification.
* Written and spoken English, French is an asset.
