As the Head of Marketing Performance & Transformation, you will be at the forefront of Proximus’ commercial transformation—shaping the future of how we acquire, engage and retain customers across our residential and SME segments. Passionate about latest marketing technological trends, you inspire and lead a chapter of 60 growth marketers and campaign managers and engage them into a profound transformation journey.
In this role, you will:
Lead Go-To-Market & Performance Campaign Strategy
You own the end-to-end growth marketing and go-to-market approach for the CBU Tribes and SME Tribe, driving acquisition, lifecycle value, retention & local marketing across residential and small & mid-enterprise segments.
Define and execute the conversion and performance communication strategy across paid, owned and outbound channels.
Oversee key GTM activities, results & impact including:
Go-to-market plan development and orchestration
Always-on paid acquisition campaigns
Lifecycle, retention and stimulation communications
Outbound calling and hunting lead management
Local Fiber activation initiatives
Foster a growth marketing culture by embedding a data-driven, test-and-learn mindset across campaigns and GTM plans.
Drive Marketing Transformation & AI Adoption
You shape the future of growth marketing by defining a clear transformation roadmap and ensuring tangible impact.
Be at the forefront of latest marketing trends, technology, innovation & tools, enabling automation/zero-touch marketing & hyper-personalization at scale
Deliver a 3 year vision for the evolution of GTM, marketing capabilities and roles, and translate this into a pragmatic execution roadmap.
Deliver measurable impact on time-to-market, OPEX efficiency, performance and strategic workforce planning.
Lead GenAI adoption within the Go-To-Market domain
Identify and prioritise high-value GenAI use cases
Drive adoption using an ADKAR change approach
Stimulate innovation via a frontrunner / pilot-and-scale model
Champion adoption and optimisation of the Salesforce ecosystem and adjacent Martech stack (audience creation, campaign execution, automation, performance tracking).
Actively redesign and improve marketing processes: automation, experimentation, end-to-end campaign ownership and data-driven decision making.
Develop Talent, Leadership and Cross-team collaboration
You lead through people, enabling high performance, autonomy and continuous development.
Coach and develop team leads on:
Growth marketing and communication excellence (the what)
People leadership, coaching and performance management (the how)
Apply servant leadership, removing obstacles and enabling teams to deliver impact.
Take all necessary actions to efficiently shape workforce according to strategy (including re/upskilling, t-shaping and career evolution).
Own personal development plans and performance follow-up for your direct reports.
Act as a connector across CBU Tribes & SME tribe to:
Maximise synergies and reuse best practices
Facilitate collaboration with key stakeholders (BCM, DES, SLS, Reporting, Acquisition POs).
Boost Team Engagement, Learning & Marketing Inspiration
You actively build engagement, inspiration and a strong sense of belonging within the Growth Marketing chapter.
Engage team beyond an innovative and ambitious vision of GTM
Design and drive chapter homecomings and engagement moments focused on:
Continuous learning and upskilling
Hands-on workshops and practical deep dives
Knowledge sharing, inspiration and peer connection across teams
Create a safe and energising environment that encourages experimentation, curiosity and collaboration .
Contribute to broader chapter-area engagement initiatives, strengthening the connection between Growth Marketing and other commercial domains (e.g. Sales, Product, Brand, Customer Operations).
Ensure growth marketing insights, learnings and innovations are shared and embedded beyond the chapter to maximise business and customer impact.

What you bring:
Min 7–8 years of relevant experience in marketing, strategic or leadership roles
MarTech Leadership, excellent understanding of latest marketing technologies & ecosystems. Specific knowledge of Salesforce marketing platform is an asset.
A proven track record in driving large transformations. Growth Marketing/campaigning process (Re)design & AI-led Transformation.
Strategic thinking, commercial acumen
Empowering leadership, performance-driven, people-centric developer
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
An entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for making a difference
