In the role as Project Engineer your main tasks and responsibilities will be:Define, safeguard, and enhance processes, machines, and projectsComplete projects and process improvements within budgetConduct feasibility studies for investments and new technologiesSupport the development and execution of validation protocols with the quality teamProvide technical training to production, technical, and quality staffManage quotations, orders in the ERP system, and invoice approvalsCollaborate on calculation requests and offer alternative solutions with engineers, project coordinators, and the managerOptimize assigned packaging lines to improve efficiency and performanceDevelop and monitor operational parameters to meet standardsAnalyze problems and implement improvement actions with engineering teamDocument processes with detailed descriptions and instructionsLiaise with suppliers regarding new machines, technical information, or interventionsAttend industry fairs and training to enhance technical knowledgeSupervise and monitor contracted staffManage and maintain project plans and budgets from start to finishContribute to continuous improvement initiativesTake corrective actions for quality deviations or safety issuesApply quality systems for Change Requests and CAPAs, supporting the quality team in defining and executing actionsEnsure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality proceduresFoster a positive work environment emphasizing quality, customer focus, flexibility, speed, decisiveness, and orderliness To perform well in this function you will need:Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field, such as electromechanics, or equivalent through experienceFamiliarity with, or interest in, GMP guidelines, pharmaceutical regulations, hygiene, etcExperience with quality systems, procedures, and trainingExcellent knowledge of English (both written and spoken).
