In this role as Account Manager, you'll work directly with large and strategic Public accounts (European Institutions) in creating, selling and commercially driving both service and supply chain solutions.
This position requires a talented individual that excels in multiple business disciplines such as business development, solution selling and consulting with customers.

What You'll do
You'll own a limited portfolio of key customers within the public business (European Institutions) for which you:
1. Build a good understanding of the customer environment and competitor landscape to determine potential key growth areas
2. Responsible for commercial strategy in public tenders
3. Develop sales plans and strategies for key customers to realise those growth areas and achieve customer & Computacenter business objectives
4. Identifying customers' business challenges and aligning Computacenter product & services to create solutions that deliver significant value
5. Build and expand relationships “high and wide” in customer organisations to expand the partnership
6. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure excellent delivery of service, quality of work and the highest level of customer satisfaction possible
7. You will report directly to the Client Director Public
What You'll need
8. +10 years solid Account Manager experience with the desire to develop accounts and win new business within the Public sector - European Institutions
9. Knowledge and experience of selling IT solutions to a variety of clients in the Public sector (European Institutions), together with a Bid Manager
10. Bringing a combination of authentic commercial flair with technical IT knowledge will get you right in the center
11. A strong background in a customer-facing role along with account management or sales experience
12. Ability to build effective and constructive relationships across a number of larger and more complex customers and opportunities at all levels
13. An enthusiastic & can-do attitude together with excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

15. Fluency in English, Dutch and/or French
