What will you be doing in this role? Design, develop, and maintain data collection, transformation, and integration processes across multiple on-premises and cloud RDBMS platforms. Create, optimize, and maintain analytical and monitoring dashboards in Power BI, Grafana, and SSRS; Implement and manage automation tools and scripts for routine database administration, data extraction, and reporting; Produce dynamic reports and standardized templates to support database configuration management, performance monitoring, and lifecycle tracking; Manage installation, configuration, upgrades, and backups of database systems and related products both on-premises and in the cloud; Establish and maintain data governance and quality standards within reporting and integration processes; Stay current with database technology roadmaps, contributing to continuous improvement of lifecycle management, security, and data reliability. Requirements What will you be bringing to the team? Extensive experience in data engineering, with a focus on designing, developing, and maintaining robust data pipelines; Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and other relational database management systems (RDBMS), including cloud-based platforms Solid understanding of high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) architectures, such as server clustering and virtualized infrastructures In-depth knowledge of Microsoft data and reporting technologies (Power BI, SSRS, SSIS) and familiarity with Grafana; Experience in automation for database and data pipeline management tasks; Skilled in developing automation scripts using PowerShell/TSQL or Python to enhance data collection, transformation, and reporting workflows.
