Job Title: Cybersecurity Operations Manager
To play a pivotal role in shaping the future of energy production and consumption, ENGIE is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Operations Manager to lead the security operations team. Key Responsibilities:
* Advise management on security issues and provide guidance on implementing new projects and upgrades.
* Evaluate and ensure alignment with EU/Country legislation and Group Policies and Standards.
* Develop and maintain security standards, procedures, and tools for risk analysis, incident management, and guarding.
* Coordinate physical security measures (badges, cameras, alarms, etc.) and act as the main contact for the Brussels Control Center.
* Protect sensitive information by raising staff awareness and ensuring compliance with Group information classification.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in law enforcement, military, private security, HSE, or a related field.
* At least 3 years of experience in security operations, with a strong interest in training and development.
* Ability to interpret, create, and update security policies and support local teams in implementation.
* Strong technical background to develop and follow up on security projects and upgrades.
* Crisis management and coordination skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage diverse teams.
* Excellent communication and language skills, with proficiency in Dutch or French and working knowledge of the other language and English.
