Belangrijkste taken:
Accounting & control:
Je voert diepgaande controles uit op het gebruik van interne rekeningen (suspense accounts, actieve rekeningen, etc.) en valideert de consistentie tussen individuele boekingen en het grootboek.
Maandelijkse afsluiting & rapportage:
Je stelt maandelijkse rapportages op, bewaakt strikte afsluitingsdeadlines en zorgt voor de reconciliatie tussen de verschillende rapportagesystemen.
Data-analyse & monitoring:
Je analyseert trends en ontwikkelingen binnen de data, bewaakt de nauwkeurigheid en volledigheid, en grijpt proactief in bij discrepanties door contact op te nemen met de relevante Back-Offices.
Procesoptimalisatie:
Je neemt actief deel aan projecten ter verbetering van administratieve procedures, interne controlemaatregelen en systeemwijzigingen (zoals nieuwe wetgeving of IT-implementaties).
Consolidatie:
Je ondersteunt bij het samenstellen van interne en externe financiële rapportages met het oog op de oplevering van de jaarrekening.
Advies & compliance:
Je vertaalt nieuwe wet- en regelgeving naar specifieke systeemvereisten en draagt bij aan de harmonisatie van informatiestromen.
Qui êtes-vous ?
* Formation :
Vous êtes titulaire d'un Bachelier ou d'un Master à orientation économique, comptable ou équivalent.
* Expérience :
Vous disposez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience pertinente, de préférence dans un environnement bancaire.
* Expertise technique :
* Une connaissance approfondie de la
comptabilité bancaire
est essentielle.
* Une excellente maîtrise de
MS Office
, particulièrement
Excel et Access
.
* Langues :
Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le
français, le néerlandais et l'anglais
(une connaissance professionnelle fluide des trois langues est impérative).
* Soft skills :
* Vous êtes extrêmement précis(e) et doté(e) de solides
capacités d'analyse

* Vous savez résoudre des problèmes de manière autonome tout en étant un véritable
