Your Key Responsibilities

Your Profile
">
To succeed in this role, you will need a Master's degree in IT, Business economics, or equivalent experience. You should have at least three years of experience in service delivery management, managing large outsourced IT infrastructure service contracts.

You will also require extensive knowledge and experience with ITIL, project management, and budget management. Additionally, you should have knowledge of IT infrastructure environments and strong communicative and analytical skills.
