Role:
Within the team, you will take full ownership of the Bird & Pigeon branding and communication ecosystem, acting as the central point of contact for all matters related to brand image, visibility, and consistency.
In addition, you will provide all-round support to the Senior Product Manager, ranging from administrative support to ad hoc product management projects, depending on the work schedule and workload at the time.
* Brand management & brand maintenance: You will monitor the brand identity and ensure that it is applied consistently and correctly in all communications. You will develop and maintain brochures, presentations and other brand tools.
* Packaging: You will coordinate packaging adjustments and optimisations, with an eye for legal requirements and a consistent, strong brand image.
* Digital: You manage and update the website and digital content, ensuring that all information is always up to date and fully in line with the brands.
* Social media: You manage two social media channels and are responsible for content planning and publication, in line with the brand strategy and commercial priorities.
* Events: Together with the corporate event manager, you will take an active and coordinating role in the preparation and organisation of all 'Bird' or 'Pigeon' trade fairs and events, and you will also be present during the events.
* Sponsorships & advertising: You manage, structure and optimise sponsorship and advertising initiatives to achieve maximum brand impact.
* Ad hoc projects: Depending on planning and workload.
Profiel:
* You have a higher education degree in marketing (Master's degree in TEW, communication sciences, postgraduate) or equivalent through experience.
* Entrepreneurial, pragmatic and results-oriented: The candidate takes ownership, shows initiative and knows how to come up with concrete, workable solutions independently, even with limited input. He or she is fully committed to achieving goals and deadlines and feels comfortable working independently as well as leading others towards results.

* Digital native: The candidate has extensive experience with websites, social media channels and digital content creation, and understands how brands need to present themselves strongly and coherently online.
* Project-based, organised and coordinating: The candidate works in a planned and structured manner, maintains an overview of multiple projects and deadlines, and takes the lead in guiding colleagues and partners towards results in a positive manner.
* Mental resilience, flexibility and open communication: The candidate is open to direct feedback, thinks rationally, adapts quickly to changing circumstances and remains constructive in a demanding, results-oriented environment.
