Critical Support Role
You will provide trusted guidance and technical support to our customers on Hologic Diagnostics products. You will own solutions to challenges presented and engage relevant expertise when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer support and experience for technical and application issues
* Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis
* Participate in continuous improvement of processes and service delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Fluent verbal and written English, Italian, and French or English, Italian, and Spanish
* Customer support experience
* Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work independently with great attention to detail and a hands-on approach
* Biomedical background advantageous
