About the organization
Our client is a large international company with a branch in Belgium consisting of around 15 employees and a positive, stimulating corporate culture. Hays Brussels is looking for a part-time (3 days/week) Finance & Administrative Executive.
Your new role
In this versatile role, you will be primarily responsible for the accounting of the Belgian entity. Additionally, you will serve as the office contact point for various matters, including HR-related issues linked to payroll. In other words, you will perform a multifaceted role with a local focus while being part of an international financial team to which you will also report.
Your profile
You have at least a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and a minimum of 3 years of experience in this field. Excellent command of English and Dutch and/or French is essential, both spoken and written. Knowledge of HR and/or payroll is not a must, as it can be learned on the job. You are able to work independently and organize your work well. You have an interest in a generalist role.
