We are currently looking for a Global Products Contracting Officer for one of our clients in the banking sector.
Client Portfolio & Contract Management
* Act as the primary contact for clients regarding Connexis products.
* Prepare and manage Connexis contracts for clients.
* Take responsibility for your own client portfolio and ensure timely follow-up.
Product Knowledge & Process Management
* Learn and master the specific features of Connexis products for different countries.
* Apply technical writing skills and process modelling techniques to create clear documentation and workflows.
* Use tools like Visio or Aris to create flow charts and ensure process accuracy.
* Understand and optimize work flow processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Multilingual Communication
* Communicate fluently with clients in French, Dutch, and English.
* Provide diplomatic, structured, and customer-oriented support.
Your Profile
Education & Languages
* Bachelor or Master's degree.
* Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
Technical Skills
* Experience in technical writing and process modelling techniques.
* Proficiency in MS Office and process modelling tools (Visio, Aris).
* Strong understanding of workflow processes.
Soft Skills
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communicator, diplomatic, and customer-oriented.

Telework & Travel
* After initial training: 50% on-site / 50% remote.
