* Center of Expertise for Power BI
* Establish and manage a centralized hub for Power BI best practices, dashboards, and training.
* Promote self-service analytics and empower teams with intuitive reporting tools.
* Innovation & AI Enablement
* Drive adoption of AI and machine learning to enhance predictive analytics and customer insights.
* Identify emerging technologies to boost efficiency and competitive advantage.
* Strategic Prioritization
* Collaborate with senior management to align analytics initiatives with business priorities.
* Balance strategic projects with operational support across multiple teams.
* Knowledge Management & Business Continuity

Qualifications
* Proven experience in data analytics leadership, preferably in financial services.
* Expertise in Power BI, data visualization, and dashboard development.
* Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in business contexts.
