RED Global is immediately seeking a hands-on and communicative SAP Delivery Manager for our end-customer in Belgium, please see details below. This is a 6 Month contract with a good chance of extension, you will be required on-site in Mechelen 2 days per week for the duration.

* Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week on-site in Mechelen, Belgium

* Rate: Negotiable based on suitability/experience
Key Responsibilities
* Lead SAP support, incident, change, and problem management processes
* Ensure service quality, SLA compliance, and user satisfaction
* Collaborate with internal teams and external SAP partners to resolve issues
* Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and AMS budgets
* Improve IT Service Management (ITSM) and SAP AMS processes
* Promote best practices and support key user enablement
What You Bring
* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
* Proven experience in SAP support, service delivery, or as an SAP key user
* Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills
* Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation
* Knowledge of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
