Your role
* Manage industrial electrification projects from A to Z: for factories, e-bus and e-truck depots, and large energy clients.
* Prepare detailed project plans (timeline, budget, resources) and monitor their execution.
* Coordinate all project phases and ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Manage budgets, control costs, and guarantee resource availability.
* Oversee engineering, site kickoff, weekly inspections, commissioning, and as-built documentation.
* Solve technical and logistical challenges proactively.
* Ensure safety, quality, and contractual compliance on all sites.
* Supervise Site Supervisors and subcontractors.
* Deliver projects safely, on time, and with satisfied clients.
What We’re Looking For
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Electromechanical) or equivalent experience.
* At least 5 years of relevant experience.
* Proven expertise in industrial electrotechnics.
* Technical knowledge of high-voltage, renewable energy, EV charging, or battery storage.
* Strong leadership, coordination, and organizational skills.
* Hands-on, solution-driven, and client-focused mindset.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proficient in MS Office.
* Valid driver’s license B.
* Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
* Willing to work two days a week at the Bornem office, regularly visit project sites, and work partly remote.
