This Role In SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled, dynamic and experienced Senior Manager IT to lead Finance, GTM, Supply Chain and governance of the EMEA IT organization. This role serves as the strategic finance partner to the CIO and KitchenAid EMEA leadership team, ensuring effective cost management, compliance, and transparency across global technology investments. As a member of the EMEA Leadership Team, the Senior Manager will drive regional IT finance strategy, vendor management, and technology synergies across regions. This position also acts as a Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to the business, ensuring IT financial solutions are aligned with enterprise goals.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead annual IT budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
Monitor and report IT OPEX & CAPEX performance, including variances and corrective actions.
Develop financial models to assess ROI of IT initiatives including cloud, ERP, and digital transformation programs.
Well versed with Account Payable, Account Receivables and Accounting Auditing processes.
Well versed with SAP Finance, MM modules along with Taxation and VAT processes.
Leadership & Business Partnering: Develop and Execute Regional IT Strategy; act as Primary Business Partner to guide how technology drives growth and efficiency.
Champion Digital Transformation: Lead the region's digital transformation roadmap, identifying and implementing new technologies to create business value.
Serve as an active member of the EMEA Leadership Team and Lead the EMEA IT team.
Act as a Business Relationship Manager (BRM), aligning IT finance priorities with enterprise objectives.
Team and People Leadership: Lead a High-Performing, Multi-functional Team; mentor and develop talent; champion organizational change.
IT Systems, Processes & Compliance: Drive finance transformation initiatives leveraging SAP S/4HANA and ECC; ensure compliance with SOX controls and IT security standards; collaborate with IT and audit teams to adhere to GAAP and IFRS; oversee tax configurations and compliance with North America, EMEA Sales & Use Tax, VAT, and global tax requirements.
Technology, Integration & Vendor Management: Oversee IT finance integrations with Vertex, Planisware, Kofax ReadSoft, Ivalua, FIS Quantum, BlackLine; manage PI/PO integrations and Swift network integrations in Financial Supply Chain Management; lead vendor management and build technology synergies across regions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA/CFA preferred).
8–12 years of progressive experience in Finance, IT Finance, or FP&A, with 3+ years in a management role.
Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA and ECC FICO processes.
Strong knowledge of tax compliance, GAAP, IFRS, and material costing principles.
Hands-on experience with Vertex, Planisware, Kofax ReadSoft, Ivalua, FIS Quantum, BlackLine, and PI/PO integrations.
Familiarity with Financial Supply Chain Management and Swift network integrations.
Proven people leadership, with experience leading multicultural teams across EMEA.
Strong experience in vendor management and governance; ability to build technology synergies across global regions.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to act as a trusted BRM.
