Key Responsibilities
1. Support Planning & Delivery Transformation
You will contribute to the transformation of Planning & Delivery by supporting the alignment and adoption of consistent practices across the organisation. This includes:
- Improving Time-to-market
- Identifying how to measure progress on the Initiative
- ensuring there is transparency and clarity on the status of the various ongoing initiatives as well as aligning finance needs with the delivery teams.
- Helping establish clear delivery frameworks and execution narratives
- Imprving our dependency managment process and reducing dependency management
- identifying more standardization opportunities to reduce TOIL in delivery.
- Contributing to delivery lifecycle management agreements and governance
- Strengthening delivery predictability and transparency (planning, tracking, reporting)
- Promoting consistent Planning & Delivery practices across teams
These initiatives require strong facilitation skills to support decision-making, solid change management expertise to ensure adoption of new practices, and excellent stakeholder management at all organisational levels. You will work closely with business owners and delivery leads to clarify objectives and support execution.
2. Support the Adoption of Agile Practices
You will play a key role in strengthening agile maturity across tribes and planning units by:
- Assessing where teams are in their agile journey and challenging individuals and squads to stay aligned with agile principles and practices
- Providing coaching interventions to support growth, quarterly planning, and making work visible
- Training others in agile practices and helping develop self-service materials
- Facilitating stakeholder alignment and buy-in through effective communication and facilitation
- Establishing clear coaching contracts, defining scope, outcomes, and expectations
You will build or bring a strong understanding of:
- Core Agile ceremonies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Lean management principles and systems thinking
- Process optimization, automation opportunities, and improved cross-team collaboration to maximize value delivery
- You will also support and pace change as teams adapt to new processes and strategies, while fostering psychological safety, trust, transparency, and collaboration.
3. Contribute to the Agile Center of Excellence (CoE) and Community
As a member of the Agile Center of Excellence and Agile Coaching Community, you will:
- Actively contribute to and evolve the Agile Coaches’ offerings
- Support incoming demand to the Agile CoE, helping enhance business agility
- Capture and share best practices, experiences, and learnings
- Strengthen self-service capabilities and agile knowledge throughout the organization
- Help build and nurture an Agile Community of Practice, promoting continuous learning and professional growth among peers
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile Coaching and Planning & Delivery.
