As an successful Hospitals Account Manager - Surgical Prevention & Acute Care - Flanders, you will have the following responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Hospital sector within the assigned region (Flanders) with current main clients in East Flanders & Limburg.
* Promote and sell surgical, infection prevention & acute care products tailored for healthcare professional within the Operating Room, sterilized areas, Intensive care units & Emergencies in the assigned region (Flanders).
* Drive the business growth : Identify new business opportunities, expand market presence, ensure products cross selling, negotiate contracts ...
* Act as an expert of surgical, infection prevention & acute care products providing training and advises to healthcare professional (surgeons, specialists & nurses)
* Develop and execute strategic & tactical plans to achieve sales targets
* Be the first point of sales contact for healthcare professional within the hospitals of the assigned region (Flanders)
* Discuss with KOLs to promote the surgical, infection prevention & acute care products portfolio
* Negotiate pricing, contracts and close agreements to maximize profits - including Tender Management responsibilities
* Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
As an successful Hospitals Account Manager - Surgical Prevention & Acute Care - Flanders, you will have the following:
* A degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, Business, or related fields
* +3 years of experience in sales in the Medical/ Pharma sector
* Previous experience as a nurse or strong knowledge of Operating Room practices / Acute Care areas
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong Project Management & organizational skills
* Strong presentation & training skills
* You are autonomous & independent with a nice team spirit
* Fluent in Dutch & English - some knowledge of French is a plus
