Job Details
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute product strategies to meet market needs and achieve revenue targets.
* Work closely with internal functions, especially PSP, distribution, nursing, and pharmacy teams to ensure smooth operations.
* Work with regulatory affairs to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
* Create business/marketing plans, promotional materials, and campaigns to support product launches and lifecycle management.
* Monitor product performance through sales data analysis and customer feedback.
* Manage relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and external partners.
* Provide training and support to sales teams on product features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
* Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
Experience and Educational Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, life sciences, business administration, or related field (advanced degree an asset).
* Minimum eight (8) years of pharmaceutical product management and sales experience.
* Strong understanding of drug development processes, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
* Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
