As a Mid-level TMT Associate, you will play a key role in advising on sophisticated technology transactions, regulatory questions and strategic digital projects, working closely with international colleagues across multiple jurisdictions.
Advise on data protection, cybersecurity, AI, telecoms and digital regulatory matters.
Support clients on complex sourcing, cloud, licensing and technology-driven transactions.
Work on multi-jurisdictional advisory projects with legal, IT, security and operational teams.
Assist in contentious and pre-contentious matters linked to digital compliance.
Contribute to cross-practice projects involving corporate, finance, competition and employment teams.
Engage directly with high-profile clients and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
# 3–5 years of experience as a lawyer in TMT, data protection, digital regulation or related fields.
~ Belgian Master in Law with strong academic results; additional studies abroad or postgraduate in IT/data law is a plus.
~ Native level Dutch with excellent command of English; working knowledge of French.
~ Team-oriented, client-focused and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment.
