Key responsibilities
* Strengthen and grow partnerships with distributors across the Nordics, UK, Benelux, France, and Eastern Europe
* Act as technical advisor for distributors and their clients, offering product expertise and on-site demonstrations
* Identify and onboard new partners in target regions; deliver comprehensive training programs
* Handle customer inquiries related to orders, stock, transport, and payment
* Collaborate with export, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure flawless order management
* Manage supplier relationships, including stock monitoring and payment follow-up
* Oversee export documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualities of a successful candidate
* Fluent in English and French or Dutch (any Nordic or German language is a plus)
* Proven experience in export, distributor management, or technical sales
* Strong interest in industrial technology and maintenance equipment
* Excellent communication and multitasking skills
* Proficiency with ERP/CRM or similar business tools
* Availability for short international travel (2-5 days per month)
